Ingredients:
For the syrup:
100 ml of coffee akhalmokharshuli
20-50 grams of sugar (can use brown sugar)
20-40 grams of amaretto liqueur or other optional
Coffee biscuit:
4 egg yolks
115 g flour
5 egg whites
115 g sugar
9 grams of soluble coffee + 30 ml akhalmokharshuli coffee;
Maskarpones mousse:
185 g cream
45 ml strong coffee
100g sugar
3 egg yolks
400 g maskarpone
40 grams of dark chocolate
For decoration:
30 g bitter cocoa powder.
