You need a targeted plan:

Summer program goals:
Lose weight;
Improvement of the forms;
Cellulite Reduction;
To achieve changes, which all notices!
The program consists of 2 parts: first, it is a cardio (aerobic same) exercise, which will be a low to medium intensity. Cardio part consists of - ashtanga yoga, kickboxing and fitness average intensity setebisa it. The second part will be a mat (mat workout) exercises, which will bring the total body tone of the exercises, the press, the feet and hands exercises. Activity program for low to medium activity of the group will change the level of the average rate of change.
